Ongoing, as authorized by the Public School Code of 1949, Section 2005-D. Commonly known as the Stairs Report, the 2014 annual report was the 19th consecutive published by Joint State.

Similar to the Snyder Report, the Information Disclosure is a summary of revenue and expense data for the four State-related universities: Lincoln University, The Pennsylvania State University, University of Pittsburgh, and Temple University. The report is the only public disclosure for much of the information it contains.The Joint State Government Commission has been providing information on State-Related universities since 1994, including salary and employment, financial and contract data, and statements of retirement and tuition benefit policies.
